As seen during last week's Wall Street-saturated Chinese New Year Parade. Yet Auntie Rose wants things to be more Chinese. This not good enough for you?

Already Home

Already Home | Boeing Homecoming

Boeing LRV 1264, originally located at the Mint Yard, parked in Muni Green Division right behind (or in front of, depending on your orientation) fellow Boeing LRV 1320.

According to Muni Diaries and Jeremy Whiteman, Muni pulled the train out of the Mint Yard because they didn't want it to cause blight around the surrounding neighborhood. Now just imagine those two trains carrying passengers for the America's Cup...hey, a guy can dream, right?!

Anyways, they are two of five still remaining. 1213 is in Oregon, 1258 is at Western Railway Museum, and 1271 is in some place in San Pablo.

As seen during last Friday's Occupy Wall Street West march. Yes, they did go in. No, I was not part of the contingent.

Side note: This may be my last post for awhile, as I'm getting a good amount of unit courseload...
